First-Class flat mail

Effective January 21, 2024

Flat mail is an envelope between 11.5" and 15" long, x between 6.125" and 12" high, and not more than 13 ounces in weight.

Express flat rate starts at $30.45 and increases based on the weight and destination of the parcel. Bring your package to the Service Window and the staff will assist in determining the correct rate for shipment. 

What is the priority mail and how much does it cost?

Priority Mail is mail that is important but does not require next-day service. This service offers a tracking number with a delivery standard of 1 - 3 days nationwide. There is no minimum weight requirement. This mail receives special attention in the U.S. Post Office, but there are no delivery guarantees. 

Priority flat rate starts at $9.85, bring your package to the Service Window and the staff will assist in determining the correct rate for shipment.
