At Eckerd College Mail Services we strive to provide our College Community with outstanding service as we manage your postal and shipping needs. Mail Services routes incoming mail and packages for the students and delivers business mail and parcels to the appropriate departments.

☀️ Summer Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm, closed on weekends.
📦 Extended Hours on Move-In Day: Friday, August 14, 2026:
8:00 am - 6:00 pm
🍁 Autumn Term Hours, starting Saturday, August 15, 2026:
Monday through Friday: 9:30 am - 4:30 pm
Saturday 8/15/26: 9:30 am - 3pm
Saturday 8/22/26, 8/29/26, 9/5/26: 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
Sundays: Closed.

Monday through Friday: 9:30 am - 4:30 pm
Saturdays and Sundays: Closed.

Mail Services requires that the student pick up packages and mail with the student's own Student ID card. We do make an exception on Move-In Days:
If you are a parent, relative, or friend who will be picking up packages and mail on behalf of a student, please be advised: the student must first send an email from the student's eckerd.edu email account authorizing you to do so.
Example of email sent from eckerd.edu email account:
"I am authorizing my parent, whose full name is Taylor Smith, to pick up my packages and mail for me. My Eckerd ID is 1234567."
The email should be sent to mailservices@eckerd.edu. The person doing the pickup will need to have their own photo ID on them (DL, state-issued ID, etc.) so that Mail Services can verify that this individual is indeed the authorized party.
