If you need assistance opening your mailbox, Mail Services’ staff will provide it, as long as you know your box number and combination.

Reminder, you must show your student ID when retrieving packages or seeking assistance with your mailbox, no exceptions.

When you first open your mailbox, on the inside of the door, there is a sticker that shows your box combo, take a picture, save it on your phone and you will always have your combo information.
